Medical OMMP patients have different and often higher limits — ask our staff for help understanding how those limits work.

Cannabis use is limited to private property in Oregon. You cannot lawfully consume in public places like sidewalks, parks, businesses, bus stops, or most hotels. Always follow your landlord or host rules (including Airbnbs), and never consume in your car while driving.

No. Even though cannabis is legal in Oregon, it remains illegal federally and you cannot legally take it through TSA or across state lines. Plan to enjoy your purchase in Oregon before you travel home.

You may transport cannabis in your vehicle in Oregon as long as you are of legal age and under the possession limits, but it should remain in a closed container and you may not consume while driving or drive impaired. Always designate a sober driver and follow all traffic and DUII laws.

No. Green Health Eugene is a licensed recreational and medical dispensary. Any adult 21 or older with a valid government-issued photo ID can purchase cannabis — no medical card or Oregon residency required. OMMP medical patients 18 and older with a valid card are also welcome and may have access to higher purchase limits.

For safety and compliance reasons, cannabis products generally cannot be returned once they leave the store. If you believe a product is defective (for example, a leaking cartridge), contact us as soon as possible and we'll see what we can do within OLCC guidelines.
